Our History
Proven roofing and siding experience
Adam Strength started in the home improvement industry in 1974. Five years later, in 1979, he began doing vinyl siding and roofing. That same year, he got his first phone — which he still has to this day.
Having had such success in the past, many folks will always know the company as Siding With Strength. Adam and Brooks look forward to making the same impact in the years to come — because though a lot has changed, one thing that hasn't is Strength's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
1974
The beginning
Adam Strength starts in the home improvement industry, learning the trades that would define the family business.
1979
Roofing and siding
Adam begins doing vinyl siding and roofing. That same year, he got his first phone — which he still has to this day.
1998
Siding With Strength
With more than twenty years of experience under his belt, Adam starts his first company — Siding With Strength.
Early 2000s
Roofing With Strength
Many customers didn't realize the company also offered roofing, so Adam branches off and creates a second enterprise — Roofing With Strength.
2004
A family commitment
Adam's son Brooks joins the team. After starting and leading home improvement crews, he moves into sales and social media, carrying Strength's message of customer satisfaction and affordable prices to a new audience.
2015
One name: Strength Roofing & Siding
Brooks brings Siding With Strength and Roofing With Strength together under one name — Strength Roofing & Siding — and introduces the logo you recognize today.
Today
Times change. Strength endures.
With locations in Jackson, Ridgeland, and Gulfport, a lot has changed — but Strength's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction hasn't.
Giving Back
Serving our neighbors on and off the job site
Strength crews don't just show up when there's a paycheck — we show up when our community needs help. From disaster relief projects with partners like Samaritan's Purse to local families who need a hand, our team brings the same care and craftsmanship to every roof we touch.
Our Values
What guides everything we do
Integrity
Straight answers and honest recommendations. If a repair solves it, that's what we'll tell you — we don't sell roofs people don't need.
Reliability
Local teams in Jackson, Ridgeland, and Gulfport mean we show up fast, communicate clearly, and are still here after the job is done.
Excellence
Owens Corning roofing systems, premium underlayment, and crews with decades of experience. Every installation meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications.
Family
Strength has been family-run since day one. We treat customers the way we'd want our own family treated — and that translates into every job we do.
