Brooks Strength
President
Brooks began as a siding installer with Siding with Strength in the early 2000s, became a roofing installer, and in 2015 united the family companies under the Strength Roofing & Siding name — introducing the logo you recognize today. With 18 years in construction, he directs the sales team while going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
Matt Marciel
Sales Manager
Matt started in construction in 2001 with his family's business, then spent over 12 years in brand building, key account management, and leadership. He joined Strength in 2022 as Sales Manager, supporting the sales team in customer service, product knowledge, and safety.
Bennett Hayes
Crew Leader
Bennett is an experienced metal roofer with 9 years in the industry, recognized for extraordinary attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Since joining Strength he has set a new standard for quality workmanship on every crew he leads.
Charles Lovorn
Representative
Mississippi born and raised, Charles earned his EMT certification and served with the Jackson and Reservoir fire departments before joining Strength as one of our roofing experts. He brings the same service-first mindset to every homeowner he works with.
